This policy applies to all members, staff, volunteers, contractors, and visitors of The Laser Club.

5. Responsibilities
- Club Committee: Responsible for implementing and reviewing this policy.
- Members & Staff: Expected to uphold the principles of equality, diversity, and respect in all interactions.
6. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually, or sooner if there are changes to relevant legislation, to ensure it remains up to date and effective.
